REMAPPING DISCLAIMER - Please read carefully:
Deposit: A £40 deposit will have been taken before your appointment was made. This is a non-refundable deposit if you cancel without re-arranging your appointment. Your deposit will not be refunded if your car cannot be tuned due to faults or already tuned, as this will cover our labor, allocated slot, cost of health check and diagnostic.
Vehicle Condition: Customers are aware that NS Remapping does NOT know your vehicle (wear and tear etc.) or how it has been maintained. We are therefore unaware of any issues not reported on pre health check. It is therefore the customer's responsibility to accept any damage to all serviceable parts before, during or after a remap is carried out. This includes clutch, DPF, turbos, EGR valve, MAF sensors, injectors etc.
Engine Risk: Any issues up to and including engine damage/failure can occur. NS Remapping takes no responsibility if engine damage/failure occurs. No warranty is given or implied to any components on your vehicle before or after the mapping process apart from the ECU. In some cases, an ECU may fail or go down during the tuning process - this sometimes can be unavoidable and an ECU may have to be replaced at the customer's cost.
